We woke up around
10 am. By the time we were all done with showers, it was close to 11 am.
The Seabreeze Cafe was a couple of blocks from TC's house and offers a delicious
selection of breakfast entrees plus the added bonus of free coffee
while you wait for your table. We all needed our coffee this morning - several
cups each!
After breakfast, we took a walk along the beach. Massive stone jacks
lined the beach, arranged in a haphazard fashion as if left carelessly
by giants from a game of jacks. They served as a wall to break up
the waves. Each jack was labeled with a number, possibly to track any stray
jacks that may get washed out to sea. Pelicans gathered to sunbathe
on floating docks.
