It gets dark early during the dead of winter (and even on a clear
day, January 27 qualifies as winter).
Seeing the sunset from the window of our workroom, I rushed outside
to snap a few photos. Unfortunately, the very first one was on some whacked
out setting that produced a super-exposed shot, devoid of any sky-detail,
but having a little texture on the side where the tree is visible.
So i got to work in photoshop and a little while later, shazam! psychedelic
swirls of color!!
